Job Description
Review source data including engineering documents Work with Volume III Lead to develop
estimating plan and handbook. Identify scope of work areas that require subcontract support or
specially engineered equipment, and work with Supply Chain to write specifications and obtain
pricing.
Identify scope of work areas that require subject matter expertise, and work with Proposal
Manager to identify appropriate SMEs. Select appropriate estimate methodologies. Oversee
development of detailed estimates. Participate in review process and ensure comments and
feedback is implemented.

Basic Job Requirements
- Twenty-five years of experience in engineering, construction, operations, estimating,
- Experience developing multi-billion-dollar cost estimates
- Specific experience leading cost estimates for heavy industrial (e.g., chemical processing, oil and gas) and/or nuclear facilities
- Four-year degree. Candidates not meeting the education requirements may be considered based on additional relevant experience.
