We are seeking a highly experienced SQL Developer with a minimum of eight (8) years of
professional experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL programming, relational database design, and performance tuning, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SQL Developer with a minimum of eight (8) years of
professional experience designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL programming, relational database design, and performance tuning, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
Basic Job Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Optimize existing queries and database structures for improved performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data
- requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform data modeling, schema design, and documentation for new and existing projects.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and queryoptimization.
- Support ETL processes and contribute to data integration initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Skilled with building systems to system and systems to SQL integrations using the Microsoft technology stack: SSIS, .NET for custom API integrations, Azure Data Factory, etc.
- Working knowledge of data modeling and architecture with Microsoft SQL or Dataverse.
- Experience with object-oriented programming including C# is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or Database
- Developer.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong background in relational database management systems.
- Proven expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical
- details into business terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
